Reunion

This past weekend Tyler came to visit us from Tokyo, where he's been living for a work project.

Relaxing at the Crow's Nest

Turtle made it safely to Michigan, but would like to avoid airports for as long as possible in the future. He's been recovering from the "trauma" by relaxing at his family's lake house before our new apartment in Ann Arbor is ready.

Here's me and Turtle in front of "his cottage."



This is Turtle catching some breeze on the porch with his cousin Emma who is a 13 year old king charles (=queen bee). Turtle has been keeping a respectful distance.



But his favorite thing has been taking naps on the porch after going for long walks on the beach.

Turtle celebrated his first birthday today with some special treats!

Preston's farewell beach trip

Last weekend we met up with Preston, Freddy, Poochy and Scotch at Fort Funston for one last beach walk with Preston before he left for Boston.

Last one down to the beach is a rotten egg!

Ditched, again

Turtle was not very happy about having to stay in San Francisco while we went out to Colorado for some skiing. When we got home he pretended like he had a horrible time just so he could get some extra attention and treats.

Last week we told you about Turtle's new daycare, Muttley Crew. Christine (owner) took a few videos of Turtle playing with the other puppies and posted them to her YouTube channel. No wonder he was so tired!
